Refunds
We issue refunds for products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@zoycart.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@zoycart.com with your order number.
Digital Products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
